GeraZap is a voice-first tax invoicing assistant that works inside WhatsApp. It is built and operated by Loadcircle. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we handle
- Your WhatsApp phone number — used to identify your account and respond to your messages.
- Messages and voice notes you send us — including voice notes, which are transcribed automatically to process your request.
- Business records you create — customers, invoice details, amounts, and payment status you ask us to track.
- Language preference — so we reply in your language.
2. How we use it
We use this data only to provide the service: understanding your requests, issuing and tracking your invoices, and replying to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
3. Where it is processed
Messages arrive through WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and are processed on our backend hosted on Cloudflare. Audio transcription runs automatically on our infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit.
4. Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers that make the app work: Meta (WhatsApp message delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting). They process data only on our instructions.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your records while your account is active so your invoice history stays useful for tax purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by sending a message with the word DELETE from your WhatsApp number, or by emailing us below.
6. Your choices
- Ask for a summary of your data at any time.
- Request correction or deletion of your records.
- Stop using the service and delete your WhatsApp chat to remove local copies.
7. Age
GeraZap is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18.
